Great to see so many old and new faces at the Workplace Wellbeing Ireland event in Cork on February 6th in partnership with AJ Products Ireland. It was easily one of the best events we've held to date. A huge shout out to John Counihan (and June McCarthy) of Musgrave who spoke to us about "Workplace Wellbeing in a Diverse Organisation".

A real privilege to hear of the challenges and successes of running a wellbeing strategy across Ireland's largest private sector employer. Some of the key points discussed were the fact that:

  • Workplace wellbeing is a team sport. It's not just the responsibility of one person

  • Healthier and happier employees contribute more to the success of an organisation

  • Wellbeing in the workplace is a continuous improvement process. It's an iterative cycle of listening, learning and improving.
