Time to Plan for 2022

Have you made plans and set goals for 2022 as yet? Whether you're working from home, HQ or a hub in 2022, I can guarantee you that wellbeing will be high on the priority list for your people.

To help with your planning, I've documented all the resources, education and training that you can avail of from The Work Well Community in this article.

Whether you're a leader, a champion or an individual there is something for everyone at The Work Well Institute and Work Well Community in 2022.

For Leaders

For those responsible for the development, delivery and improvement of the overall wellbeing programme, the 8 Steps to Embed a Culture of Health programme takes participants through an evidence based 8-Step Framework for sustainable workplace wellbeing programme development.

This is your starting point.

For Champions

Wellbeing should be a shared value across the organisation, not something that is owned by one person or team. A team of wellness champions can support wellbeing leader(s) with the programme development, communication, organisation and feedback. The Wellbeing Champion training is delivered live through Zoom across 4 x 2 hour workshops. Download the module overview here. N.B this course can be tailored and delivered for organisations just starting out or for those looking to re-invigorate an already established wellbeing champion team.

For Everyone

Feeding Your Potential (Brand New)
Fuel your body for work and play. 'Feeding Your Potential' is a Workplace Wellbeing Nutrition Course that empowers colleagues to make healthier choices with the tools and the knowledge to do so.

Self-Care for Working Parents (Brand New)
On this course, Clinical Psychologist Dr. Malie Coyne supports working parents to balance the many demands placed on them by helping them to cultivate compassion for themselves and their children, whilst creating a healthy work-life balance which truly aligns with their values.

Managing Stress at Work to Improve Wellbeing
We can achieve well-being within our work and personal lives if we are equipped with sufficient resources to balance against the daily demands we face. In this evidence-based module, underpinned by the Job Demands Resources Model and Conservation of Resources theory, Dr. Jennifer Hynes explores the psychological, social, physical and financial drivers of well-being in life.

How to Boost Energy, Increase Productivity and Eliminate Procrastination
Just like an athlete, or any leading performer, if you want to win the day, it’s critical that you start on the right foot. That’s why morning routines are so important. They prime you for the day ahead, motivating you, energising you, and helping you to take positive action as you go about your day.
